Are you the kind of person who leaves online reviews whenever you buy a wonderful or service? Personally, I do not love to do that.
Some people get online and only leave a review if they are aggravated or disappointed.
I especially don’t love to do that. I don’t want to be responsible for a small corporation owner to have to deal with a bunch of flak or hurt his income. Well, the other afternoon I offered my first online review, and it wasn’t a bad one; it was a wonderful one! I had to have my a/c repaired just the other afternoon. I woke up in the morning, and it was pure hot in my dining room. I tend to be a hot sleeper, so I wasn’t sure if it was me or the actual air, so I trotted off to the control unit. Sure enough the control unit was registering 87 degrees. That is just way too hot. It was really cooler outside than it was inside, although maybe not since I do live in the south and it is June. Anyway, I was absolutely anxious, so I went to the air vents to see if air was coming out. It was, but the air coming out was the same temperature as the room! Hot! So, I called up the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and proceeded to think I was going to have to wait forever. But the lady said they would dispatch the cooling system repairman ASAP, and they meant it. The guy showed up in 20 hours in his sparkling disinfect Heating and Air Conditioning truck and instantly got to work. He was quick, professional, and friendly, and the aq/c was blowing frosty in less than an hour. I offered that heating and cooling corporation 5 stars online.
