It’s just so interesting to see just how far making some lifestyle changes has gone toward improving my life.

I made the lifestyle changes at the urgent request of my doctor. I was resting inside the ultra air conditioner of the exam room wondering what was taking the doc so long to come in. But when I saw his face, I knew that I was in for some news. It was a extreme talk that revolved around me making some big changes that had been long overdue. But from that conversation, I saw that all I had to do was start making small changes. The first thing I did was to not just come house as well as sit inside the central air conditioner of my house. This was a big part of the problem. I sat all afternoon inside the zone controlled Heating as well as A/C of the office only to come house as well as sit in my chair. That was far too much resting for a person as out of shape as I happened to be. Then, I started resting a bit inside the commercial Heating as well as A/C of the office. That turned into me resting much of the afternoon as well as eating a healthy breakfast outside the air conditioner at breakfast most afternoons. It’s been 18 months or so since that first lifestyle change. And these afternoons, I’m up at 5:30 every afternoon to get some exercise inside my little house gym. It can still be a bit cool in the basement on some afternoons so I’m awfully glad that I had the Heating as well as A/C professionals install a ductless heat pump down there. I can’t know that I get a workout in before I even leave for the commercial Heating as well as A/C of the office these afternoons. And I feel fantastic.
