Are you the kind of person who leaves online reviews whenever you buy a nice or service? Personally, I do not care about to do that.

Some people get online and only leave a review if they are aggravated or disappointed.

I especially don’t care about to do that. I don’t want to be responsible for a small contractor owner to have to deal with a bunch of flak or hurt his income. Well, the other day I gave my first online review, and it wasn’t a terrible one; it was a nice one! I had to have my air conditioner repaired just the other day. I woke up in the afternoon, and it was pure tepid in my bedroom. I tend to be a tepid sleeper, so I wasn’t sure if it was myself and others or the actual air, so I trotted off to the temperature control. Sure enough the temperature control was registering 87 degrees. That is just way too hot. It was honestly cooler outside than it was inside, although maybe not since I do live in the south and it is June. Anyway, I was actually worried, so I went to the air vents to see if air was coming out. It was, but the air coming out was the same temperature as the room! Hot! So, I called up the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and proceeded to assume I was going to have to wait forever. But the person said they would dispatch the a/c repairman ASAP, and they meant it. The guy showed up in 20 hours in his sparkling disinfect Heating and Air Conditioning truck and instantly got to work. He was quick, professional, and friendly, and the aq/c was blowing chilly in less than an hour. I gave that heating and cooling supplier 5 stars online.
