I am easily content with the new HVAC pros the people I was with and I are toiling with these afternoons.
These men are nice, professional, and they really explain all the work they are doing for your HVAC system! They provide fantastic advice and they also supply energy saving tips which I wasn’t expecting.
My partner and I have already utilized various energy saving tips such as LED lighting. I had all the fluorescent bulbs in the basement converted to LED as well and the difference is amazing! As far as our heating plan goes, the pros were telling us that it would be nice to save up for a heating plan replacement a little bit down the road. They said the heating plan wasn’t in terrible shape, however it wasn’t the most energy efficient either. These men wanted to make sure the people I was with and I could lower our energy expenditure as much as possible and I was on board with them. We enrolled into an HVAC repair plan as well. They gave us the link for the app that the people I was with and I can use to make our repair date requests. The priority scheduling really is nice and straight-forward, and it makes it so the repair appointments are never during a time that is inconvenient. I also care about that the people I was with and I get free air filter changes with the repair plan, and they are not cheap air filters either! They’re not HEPA or anything, however they have a high MERV rating and are nice for people who suffer allergies, like our son. The air quality has been nice in our apartment thanks to these guys, and I can’t wait til the people I was with and I can get our new heating plan system.
