It was going to be an investment apartment that had potential to be great.
However, it was going to take a lot of hard labor to bring our new residents into the modern era. One of the things that regularly bothered us was the uneven air temperature as you moved from room to room throughout the house. It seemed like every space had a unusual air temperature plus air quality contained within it. This was despite using a central heating, cooling, plus ventilation system which should have provided an even plus predictable air quality throughout the entire house. One of the rooms that perpetually baffled us was the house office. It regularly felt severely chilly in the winters plus ridiculously hot in the Summers. My buddy and I couldn’t figure out why the room was so harshly unusual from the air quality in the rest of the house. It took us an embarrassing amount of time to realize that the house office was an addition that was never affixed to the centralized heating, cooling, plus air quality control system.Then, my associate and I needed to decide if my associate and I would like to affix to the Heating plus Air Conditioning system to the satellite space or find an alternative Heating plus Air Conditioning method. Eventually, my associate and I resolved ourselves to installing a mini split ductless heating plus cooling system to repair the room. Now, my associate and I have air temperature control in every space of the house without having to retroactively fit air ducts into the walls.
