I certainly want to be supportive of my children and every single thing that they do.
I never want to discourage them from trying something new or following their dreams with my own personal doubts or uncertainties about their decisions.
That’s why I try certainly hard to keep my opinions to myself and to put on a smiling face when they present myself and others with a new method for a brand new corporation venture or work change. In fact, I try to keep my mouth zipped with all of their adult decisions. However, today I am sitting down with my child to have a real talk about his decision to enter the heating, cooling, and ventilation control industry… Don’t get myself and others wrong, I guess that there is nothing wrong with the heating, cooling, and air quality specialist work field. Everybody needs advanced indoor air temperature controls and some form of air purification in their residence. However, I do not guess that everybody is cut out to be an air quality control specialist. It’s genuinely not that hard to make it through heating and cooling certification school if you are attending a high-quality trade school. In fact, I would suggest that anybody with a strong work ethic and stiff upper lip should consider becoming a professional Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker rather than attending an extravagant traditional school. The thing is… My child has no work ethic or backbone. If he encounters any concerns as a heating and cooling worker, he will genuinely break down and cry. I do not want my child to be embarrassing himself at local heating and cooling repair jobs. I also do not want him to be outcast from the other Heating, Ventilation, and A/C workers at the heating and cooling repair shop. I am not sure how to tell him this… But I guess my child is too sensitive to be an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C Tech.
