My husband and I have been having a huge fight over what we are going to spend our extra money on this month.
When we got our taxes back, I decided that I really wanted to use that money to help improve the indoor air quality in our home.
However, my husband had it in his mind that he was going to buy this huge new TV for the living room. I told him that the indoor air quality in our house is way more important than any new TV. Of course, that’s not how he sees it, though. Sometimes I worry about him when it comes to being an adult. I think that a lot of times he is still like a teenager or something, even though we are married adults with our own house to take care of! I personally feel like we really need to update our heating and cooling system in our house. I know for a fact that we need some air conditioning maintenance done because our cooling system isn’t quite cutting it this summer. It seems like whenever I turn the A/C down on the thermostat, the temperature just never gets much cooler. And then we have my husband who is more concerned about the picture on the television than the fact that his wife is in the other room sweating because the A/C isn’t working! That’s not the only issue, either. I would also really like to get an air purifier to go in the house, too. And I don’t think a TV is more important!
