I decided that I am going to be making a change to the thermostat in my home.
I have a smart thermostat that I have been using for the last 2 years and I have to say that I honestly am just not that happy with it.
Because the smart thermostat for me is just not the technology of heating and air conditioning that I am used to. Being an older person I just can not get into the heating and air conditioning technology of today to be completely honest. I really want to just go back to the old and simple ways of thermostats for my central heating and air conditioning system unit. I am going to search out a dial thermostat. But not just any dial thermostat, I will want to get an old dial thermostat that is good as new and in perfect working order! Even though I have a brand new and extremely up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit, I know that the old dial thermostats will still work with it. This is because I checked with my local heating and air conditioning provider about this and what I really wanted to do. So my plan is to get rid of this smart thermostat, maybe sell it to someone I know who wants one, and then get back a very old but perfectly working dial thermostat like I grew up with and had most of my life around me until I decided to take the plunge and get into this smart thermostat stuff, which simply was not for me in any way, shape or form!
