If you are looking to control your indoor temperature precisely, there is no better unit to use than an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C zone controlled system.
The reason is because with a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C zone control system, each room is connected separately to the heating and cooling system.
This allows you to control the temperature settings of each room individually. I will warn however, that as nice as having a heating and cooling unit with zone control sounds, you cannot absolutely just go and buy a single, they are an high-priced purchase. If you are going to purchase a zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, the best thing you can do if you want maximum indoor temperature control is to have a smart control unit to go along with it. A programmable control unit will allow you all the heating and cooling freedom that you need that a typical control unit would be unable to provide. It wasn’t an easy decision to make considering the price tag, but our wifey and I had a zone controlled heating and cooling system installed in our home. It was a wonderful decision for us however, because every one of us have people with vastly weird temperature preferences coming to live with us and visit us. My Grandmother lives with us due to her illness and she consistently needs to have her room hot or she is miserable. Our grown children come to visit us often, and they have to have weird rooms because our son and our kid are polar opposites of a single another. My son is loud, outgoing and enjoys hot hot and cold temperatures, our kid on the other hand is more quiet and reserved, and she prefers cooler hot and cold temperatures. They will fight if they have to have a room with vastly weird hot and cold temperatures to what they like, and considering they both inherited the family temper, it can get ugly. So it is best to keep them apart.
