Grandmother lived in a little brick lodge style house. By lodge style, I meant a one room lodge style… It consisted of a large room that was designed to be the kitchen, kitchen, and kitchen all in one with a little cooking area towards the back. It was entirely cute, with a more than one woman dining table and a day bed that served as bed and couch, Grandmother’s little beach house was satisfactory for her. I remember when Grandmother’s cooling system took its last breath; Grandmother had used a window cooling system to cool her beach house in Summer and space furnaces to heat her beach house in winter, and when her window cooling system passed away, I was sure that both of us could replace it with a window cooling system that also had a heating element. But both of us found something even better. When Grandmother and I went looking for a new cooling system for her, both of us l gained about a ductless mini-split cooling system and heating proposal that is simple to install and energy efficient… The indoor component sits is linked to a wall or ceiling and Grandmother can open that window again, then another superb things is that it was simple enough to install that my handy spouse was able to do it. It was as simple to maintain as the window cooling system and Grandmother won’t need the space furnaces anymore because the mini-split also provides heat. I was satisfied that Grandmother and I were able to find that ductless mini-split for her and I am gleeful that she is so satisfied with it.
