With a tankless water furnace plus a ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit, the two of us could use that space for storage
I like the program of having zone control; My hubby plus I don’t share a family room! It shocks people at first however the two of us aren’t capable sleepers. I am a light sleeper that needs to be moderate plus bundled under blankets. My hubby prefers the AC, a fan blowing on him plus basically sleeping on a sheet, then he also snores plus is an early riser. It makes sense to separate our rooms, then what would make it good would be separating the Heating as well as Air Conditioning, but the many of us can’t agree on a thermostat setting. My hubby wants to crank the A/C all summer. In the Winter he never wants the furnace to turn on. I don’t need A/C in the summer time but I look forward to heating in the winter. I especially want to have heating when I sleep. I wouldn’t mind a bit of A/C in the family room. The people I was with and I have specified temperatures in certain areas of the house… Zone control would help with this… Also, my hubby plus I don’t use every room in the house. With a central Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, the two of us are wasting money providing weather conditions control for unused spaces. The laundry room, second powder room plus office hardly need to have any heating plus a/c. Also, zone control doesn’t take up much space. Our hallway closet is filled with a Heating as well as Air Conditioning component plus a water heater. With a tankless water furnace plus a ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit, the two of us could use that space for storage. There are too several pros not to go ductless plus have zone control. I am just waiting for our component to die.
