Communication skills are quite pressing whenever you’re hiring a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine worker to do anything for you.
I was able to learn this the tough way earlier this year.
It happened to be Springtime, and the weather outside was heating up drastically, but we knew that we needed to have our air conditioner device checked out by an air conditioner expert before the Summer came and the uneven temperatures got any hotter. We consistently seem to have some setback or another with our air conditioner system, and so both of us wanted to do some preventative service on it this particular year. We called up a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device corporation that we hadn’t used before because they were advertising an air conditioner device tune up special on our local stereo stations. The woman who I spoke to in order to make the appointment sounded a little gruff, but both of us made the appointment anyway. Come to find out, this particular heating and cooling corporation was basically a single woman show. The gruff woman who made the appointment for me was the same woman who showed up in my driveway in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C van. She came in and started to check out my air conditioner device for me, but she barely spoke 2 words to us the entire time that she was there. I thought it was relatively strange. She ended up fixing the air conditioner device, but both of us never knew exactly what she did, Plus, when both of us got the bill in the mail, it was way more than we expected it to be. Communication skills are honestly pressing when you need a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, that’s for certain.
