So, the next opening is to go for a proper AC for the mild summers, & a gas furnace for the brutal winters

Mike & my sibling had a plan about how they wanted to become homeowners. They live in the same city, & are both single. So, they could work together on this plan without needing to consult with lots of people. Mike & my sibling both work enjoyable tasks, but the prices of houses have increased so much. So, the best thing for them to do was pull their resources together. They would buy one house, then save up & get another later on. They planned to live together in the first house, then part ways once they got the next one. I live abroad, although I would have appreciated to be part of this team effort. They called with enjoyable news when their offer on the first house went through, and now, it was time to start a few renovations which included sorting out the heating & cooling. The house came with an aging heating & AC unit, so they planned to install a new one. The only issue was they didn’t agree on the best heating & AC unt to install in their new home. I am a Heating as well as A/C worker, so they knew I would provide them the best advice. I informed Mike & my sibling that the best was a geothermal heat pump, but those aren’t cheap. So, the next opening is to go for a proper AC for the mild summers, & a gas furnace for the brutal winters. They’re yet to make up their mind, although I know they will soon because winter season isn’t too far away & they need to get started.
