I have a high tolerance for stress at my workplace.
I like what I do. I am a server at a pizzeria that actually serves honestly great food, plus the wait staff plus the cooks are honestly nice people who are pretty talented. It’s just that the owner likes to do things a certain way plus she likes saving money to a fault. I believe she grew up with very little as far as I have heard plus she believes in saving money as much as possible! One of the things I cannot ignore anymore is the fact that she is unwilling to repair the air conditioner of our pizzeria. She simply puts fans in the dining section to work in conjunction with the ceiling fans. He’ll even leave the door open on days that she deems to be pleasant. I could swear that my pal and I end up losing customers on hot days. I am not just imagining it, because I’ve seen some of them walk in plus realize how hot it was inside the pizzeria plus then walk out! Of course, my pal and I have some regulars who know that the food is great enough to stick around for, but things are starting to get out of hand. It’s just that the man’s so stubborn plus that my pal and I could literally all insist on having a meeting with him plus tell him in unison that the air conditioner needs to be fixed plus she entirely would not listen. Many of us have told him individually, even though I believe my pal and I honestly do need to kneel him down as a group because my pal and I have not tried it yet, to be fair!
