I go to the beach a few times a afternoon to just clear my mind plus get out of the house.
Sometimes my thoughts can close in on me when I am cooped up inside too long plus going to the beach seems to release those thoughts plus allow me to be free again separate from any cares.
All of us should try to stay lighthearted plus carefree most of the time because all is well plus that is the real truth. All of us can suppose our life is miserable if we choose to but I have had enough pain plus am done with that. The new business down the street is easily great at lifting my spirits when I am feeling down plus I am so grateful to have a great friend care about that. He works a lot plus it is quite busy most nights but once in a while he pops by plus we have a great chat about life plus all kinds of cool topics. He installed a geo heat pump in my location last year plus has saved me so much cash in power bills. I try to help him in any way possible to kind of repay all of the things he has done for me over the past few years. He offered me some great energy saving tips that have made a world of a difference in my heating plus cooling costs this past year or several. I suppose I will invite him over for a great apartment cooked meal soon plus another talk about life. Friends are the best!
