Just last year I decided to transfer north, when I went there I was not expecting anything to be too bizarre from where I came from. She told me that there is a heating element that is arenad beneath the floors of the apartment to keep them warm. She had radiant heated flooring installed in her apartment two years ago, and she had the best experience. She had gotten a fantastic deal on the heated flooring from her local heat and a/c provider, and when she busy an upgrade appointment the HVAC men that had come over to her apartment to install the flooring were friendly and professional. At first she had been distraught that the upgrade would be an all morning process, but she told me it only took them a few hours; Now the central oil furnace works in tandem with the radiant floors and she has perfect heat.
