My husband got a big promotion and he’s already moved to the new town where we are going to be living.
I have to stay here and try to get everything finished up and all of the loose ends tied.
There is a lot to get done, and I am kind of stressing out about it. At least I did not have to move and pack everything because I’m stuck here. He has to handle all of that stuff, and I can’t really say that I’m sorry about it. I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with finding a new house and trying to get things moved in and started up in our new town. They actually gave him free training when it comes to choosing a new house for us. The things that I told him that I wanted are pretty simple and straightforward. The main thing that I want to make sure that we have in our house is a great central air conditioning system. Where we live now, our air conditioning system leaves a lot to be desired. It is really terrible, But once we found out that we were going to be moving,we decided not to do anything about it. I told my husband that now that we are moving, we have to be sure to have a place that has really great air conditioning. Not only that, though. I would also really love to have a place that has radiant heated flooring in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The other thing that I want is a wood burning fireplace. I could deal with a gas log fireplace, but I would much rather have a wood burning fireplace if it’s possible. Other than that, I have given him free reign to decide on what he wants to do as far as our new house goes.
