I genuinely want to be supportive of our children and every single thing that they do.

I never want to discourage them from trying something new or following their dreams with our own personal doubts or uncertainties about their decisions.

That’s why I try genuinely strenuous to keep our opinions to myself and to put on a smiling face when they present myself and others with a new method for a brand new company venture or work change. In fact, I try to keep our mouth zipped with all of their adult decisions. However, this month I am sitting down with our son to have a real talk about his decision to enter the heating, cooling, and ventilation control industry; Don’t get myself and others wrong, I suppose that there is nothing wrong with the heating, cooling, and air quality specialist work field. Everybody needs advanced indoor air temperature controls and some form of air purification in their residence. However, I don’t suppose that everybody is split out to be an air quality control specialist. It’s genuinely not that strenuous to make it through heating and cooling certification school if you are attending a high-quality trade school. In fact, I would recommend that anybody with a strong work ethic and stiff upper lip should consider becoming a professional Heating & A/C professional rather than attending an expensive traditional school. The thing is… My son has no work ethic or backbone. If he encounters any problems as a heating and cooling professional, he will genuinely split down and cry. I don’t want our son to be embarrassing himself at local heating and cooling maintenance jobs. I also don’t want him to be outcast from the other Heating & A/C professionals at the heating and cooling maintenance shop. I am not sure how to tell him this..… But I suppose our son is too sensitive to be an Heating & A/C Tech.
