Both of us had to get a rental vehicle earlier in the week when our vehicle got put into the shop.

It’s consistently something, isn’t it? This week for us the vehicle kept making weird noises & both of us finally just gave up & left it overnight at the garage, and luckily, the garage offers rental cars to people who are getting repair work done at their location of supplier & so both of us got a free rental to use for the week.

They told us that the repairs were going to be expansive on our vehicle so they gave us 1 to use to get to work & run errands. Well, I guess the outdated saying is don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, however this rental vehicle smelled just terrible. It smelled appreciate a skunk mixed with outdated bathwater. Both of us weren’t sure how to improve the indoor air quality inside the car, however both of us didn’t want to breathe in there for a week! Both of us ended up putting in a up-to-date air filter because our hubby had an extra on his workbench in the garage. That helped a little bit, however the little air filter wasn’t powerful enough to get rid of that bad smell. Both of us ended up just parking the vehicle in the driveway while it was running, & both of us turned the heating on full blast while the windows were down. After about half an hour of that, both of us turned off the heating & turned on the A/C full blast instead. After both of us stuck some dryer sheets in front of the A/C vents, it started to smell just a little bit better. I think you entirely take particular things for granted periodically, appreciate the way your vehicle smells!
