There are many times when I truly wonder about the inconsiderate nature of other people. I sincerely believe that I am the sort of person who goes out of my way not to be a heavy burden on anyone around me, but this is especially how it goes when it comes to professional relationships. If a coworker asks anything of me I am going to bend over backwards to make sure that it gets handled altogether. However, I suppose that this is not all that common in the current world. Even when you’re paying for a professional service, you’d better make sure the company cares about your equipment. This was especially how it went down a few weeks ago when I called out a heating and cooling equipment company. I was having some difficulty with my a/c equipment and I just had the desire to get a professional air quality control specialist to take a look at the air conditioning equipment before it broke down on me altogether… Unfortunately, when the Heating and A/C equipment worker arrived he was rather rough with my A/C equipment. I watched while he banged around on it and just about broke the fan inside. When the a/c equipment was eventually fixed I was truly worried that the cooling equipment had been broken in all of his troubleshooting. I paid the bill and thought it would be best to call the dealership to complain about the heating and cooling equipment worker later. This Heating and A/C tech didn’t even make it out of the driveway before I had to call the heating and cooling repair shop to complain about this HVAC worker. On his way out of my driveway I was stunned while watching the heating and cooling worker run over my mailbox and keep driving. It didn’t take me long to pick up the phone and file a detailed complaint.
