Being a certified heating & air conditioner specialist I have several responsibilities… Occasionally & more often always, it is requiring myself and others to labor overtime. I really don’t mind the overtime because it means more currency for myself and others & our family. But occasionally it gets to be a little much & I have to turn it down. The heating & air conditioner company that I labor for seems to be calling myself and others every weekend the last few months for emergency heat & cooling system maintenance calls. The next weekend they do this I am going to have to turn it down. It is up to myself and others if I decided to take these emergency heating & air conditioner maintenance offers or not. But I just need a serious chop & need to labor a simple 5 day labor month for a while. This overtime stuff is really cutting into personal & family time. And after all, even being a certified heating & air conditioner specialist I need to have some kind of work/life balance. This is truly substantial, but not only is it healthier for the body & mind, however when you have a family love I do, you need to have time for them & not be running off to maintenance someone’s central heating & air conditioner plan device every single 30 mins of each day! In another 6 years I should be able to retire or at least chop down to section time labor at the local heating & air conditioner company that I labor for. However for now, I have to keep on working.
