Every one of us have come upon a major milestone in our area.
- At our local heating & A/C appliance company they have hired their first female HVAC appliance worker! She recently graduated from heating & A/C university getting her HVAC certification.
And they hired the young lady right away. She actually already had a strong background in heating & A/C appliance service in her family, so that was a single one of the reasons. But how fantastic is that? The first female heating & A/C appliance specialist has been hired in our area. There are a good amount of states & cities that have yet to do that and actually break ground by hiring a female heating & A/C appliance worker. I certainly am proud of the local heating & A/C appliance company for getting with the times & taking the initiative to do something amazing like this. It shows their integrity & will also bring them plenty of more business. I was already a long time shopper of theirs. But now this will bring them additional clients. I am certain of that. And then it will also reduce a little bit of the workload on the other heat & air conditioner specialists by having another heating & A/C appliance worker around there that has a reasonable amount of experience. It’s not as if she’s just a fresh graduate student, she already had a family history with heating & A/C appliances! This adds a whole brand new aspect to a new hire in a heating & cooling company & I’m sure they will be able to take on bigger jobs now.
