There are five great types of HVAC units and I will go through each and tell you why they are great.

If your window air conditioner is presenting any problems, you may be able to fix it without the help of an HVAC technician. The next HVAC unit is the electric furnace. While there are some downsides to the electric furnace heating system, there are also many good things about it. An electric furnace can heat your house faster than any other furnace. After that we have the portable space heater. Portable space heaters are great because of their simplicity. When your feet are cold, you want a portable space heater nearby. Following the space heater is the fourth HVAC unit, the central air conditioner. Central air conditioners are quite large, and can be very expensive, but if you purchase a good one, your central air conditioner will keep your house cool with minimal repairs ever being needed.The last HVAC unit I will mention is the smart thermostat. A smart thermostat can be connected to both a furnace and an air conditioner, and it can be mounted on almost any wall in your home. Smart thermostats can also tell you when the air filter needs changed on your central air conditioner, and it can tell you many other problems that your furnace or air conditioner is having, which can be a huge blessing to an HVAC technician.
