For the longest time, I had been sick of having to always purchase current air filters every single month.
I was thinking how it seemed like such a waste to always throw out these disposable air filters.
I mean feel about it, if everybody in the country is using these disposable air filters, after that I are filling up some landfills anywhere, and are they even biodegradable? Well, it was something that bothered myself and others and I didn’t like how extravagant the air filters were either. I’ll admit, I was tempted to go two months before increasing the air filter, but I realized that I might cause injure to our HVAC system if I tried to pull a stunt like that; Eventually, I decided to cruise the internet to see if I could find any other HVAC products that would help myself and others with the air filter issue. This is when I stumbled across washable air filters. I couldn’t know that for the cost of 6 air filters, I could get a washable air filter that would last myself and others for more than 2 years. They say you can make these air filters last for as long as a decade if you keep up with the washing respectfully and respectfully. I ended up getting a washable filter quite a few years back and it still serves myself and others well to this afternoon. It has a MERV rating of 8 which is actually sufficient. It pulls roughly 85 percent of the contaminants from the air and it keeps our HVAC system running smooth. So long as I keep up with the washing every month as I have been doing, I can’t see myself having to option up a current air filter for multiple years to come.
