I have my own writing/editing business.
- I started my company about a year ago plus recently my company has expanded, so I rent a commercial office space now.
We have enough room for everything now plus I have about 10 people working for me. I have loved this space legitimately much plus it has all I could want for my business. There are plenty of windows for natural light, separate rooms for offices, plus an awesome split room plus balcony. One thing I have complained about from the beginning is the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. From the first day I moved in, I noticed that the air conditioner doesn’t seem to be as cool as it should be, but even though I have the thermostat set to 71 degrees, the air conditioner never cycles off. It just stays running all day, prefer it’s struggling to keep the office at a constant temperature. My electric bills have been through the roof. I tried installing fans to make it assume more cool. I hung blackout curtains over all of the windows to let in less light plus heat. I tried everything, including contacting the owner of the commercial space I am paying money to rent every week, unblessedly, it seems that the owner has every excuse in the book to not repair our component or even pay to have someone come inspect the whole Heating plus Air Conditioning system. I am fed up plus at this point, I am about ready to pay to have a Heating plus Air Conditioning company come out here on my own. But, I shouldn’t have to do that since Heating plus Air Conditioning service plus repair is included in my lease contract. Once my lease is up next week, I am entirely moving my company to another commercial space. My employees plus I don’t deserve to have to work in these types of conditions. Until my lease is up plus I transfer the business, I’ve given my employees the option of working from home. I want them to be comfortable plus don’t want their productivity to be affected by the bad Heating plus Air Conditioning system.
