It’s been a fine life.
I have enjoyed my career plus where I live easily much.
My parents plus siblings have been a constant, supportive presence in my life all these years. However, it’s just been myself and others plus a few cats over this life. I just didn’t meet the guy or haven’t met the guy I thought I would by now. But that happens to some people. For me, that has led to a lot of bachelor apartments with bad Heating plus A/C. This has not been a part of my life that I have enjoyed. However, it just didn’t make a great deal of sense, financially or otherwise, to be a homeowner. So, I just put up with those underpowered, inefficient heating & cooling systems. That is until now. With the mini house boom, I started to consider finding a locale that was the size to fit just me. While I didn’t need the mobility of a trailered mini house, I liked the affordability of a easily small residing space. Plus, I would really own it plus be able to have some equity in where I lived. An aunt sold myself and others a ploy of land for at or below cost. Then, I put up a mini house of sorts. One of the things that I prefer the most about this locale is the Heating plus A/C unit. It’s a mini split heating & cooling system. Or sometimes referred to as a ductless Heating plus A/C unit. It’s great, super efficient plus just makes my current locale perfect in any season. And, it even has a remote control that I can sync to my phone. Will wonders ever cease?
