It’s been a great life.
- I have enjoyed our job and where I live truly much.
My parents and siblings have been a constant, supportive presence in our life all these years. However, it’s just been myself and others and a few cats over this life. I just didn’t meet the woman or haven’t met the woman I thought I would by now. But that happens to some people. For me, that has led to a lot of bachelor apartments with exhausting Heating and Air Conditioning. This has not been a area of our life that I have enjoyed. However, it just didn’t make a wonderful deal of sense, financially or otherwise, to be a homeowner. So, I just put up with those underpowered, inefficient heating & cooling systems. That is until now. With the mini loft boom, I started to consider finding a location that was the size to fit just me. While I didn’t need the mobility of a trailered mini house, I liked the affordability of a truly small living space. Plus, I would truly own it and be able to have some equity in where I lived. An uncle sold myself and others a plot of land for at or below cost. Then, I put up a mini loft of sorts. One of the things that I savor the most about this location is the Heating and Air Conditioning unit. It’s a mini split heating & cooling system. Or sometimes referred to as a ductless Heating and Air Conditioning unit. It’s great, super efficient and just makes our new location perfect in any season. And, it even has a remote control that I can sync to our cellphone. Will wonders ever cease?
