Something that was especially interesting to me was when he was talking about the climate control proposal for his growing facility. The sealed rooms make it so contaminants are not able to spread amongst rooms preventing any outbreaks of diseases or pests amongst his crops. It’s also interesting how hydronic cooling works. He explained how he uses chillers that cool the water plus dispel heat to the outdoor environment while bringing in the chilled water. The chilled water goes to heat exchangers which pull in the boiling indoor air plus transfer the heat to the water which circulates back to the chillers to release the heat energy. It’s a genuinely interesting proposal plus highly energy efficient especially since water is able to hold a big amount of heating energy. He says with this hydronic cooling, he saves a large amount of energy plus therefore has a much larger amount of money in the long term. He has always been a brilliant person, plus I believe he’s going to continue to be successful in his business.
