We have had a major milestone hit in our area. At our local heating and air conditioning company they have hired their very first female HVAC worker! She just graduated from heating and air conditioning school getting her HVAC certification. And they hired her right away. She already had a strong background in heating and air conditioning service in her family, so that was one of the reasons. But how cool is that? The first female heating and air conditioning specialist has been hired in our area. There are a lot of states and cities that have yet to do that.and break ground by hiring a female heating and air conditioning worker. I am very proud of the local heating and air conditioning company for getting with the times and taking the initiative to do something like this. It shows their integrity and will also i’m sure rack them in for more business. I was already a long time customer of theirs. But now this will bring them even more customers I can assure you of that. And then it will also reduce a little work load on the other heat and a/c specialists by having another heating and air conditioning worker around there that has plenty of experience. It’s not like she’s just a fresh graduated student, she already had the family history in heating and air conditioning! This adds a whole new aspect to a new hire in a heating and cooling company and makes them more opt to throw on the bigger jobs to them.
