Sometimes I think that I have the worst circumstances on the planet.
I get really downtrodden and feel sorry for myself.
The next thing you know, I really don’t know if it’s worth living or continuing the struggle. Honestly, I know that I get a bit dramatic. Honestly, my issues are not that bad compared to what other people are facing. Sometimes I get unwanted bills, sometimes life does not hand me squeezable lemon, and sometimes I feel very stressed by things. However, I don’t think that an energy bill is ever enough to make you give up on life. That being said… I really don’t understand how my brothers are doing okay after receiving such a massive heating, cooling, and air quality control bill. Specifically, their energy bill was through the roof this month. However, we know that the indoor air temperature control plan is the only reasonable appliance to blame. For the past several weeks my brothers have needed to use their central heating, cooling, and ventilation system. Unfortunately, they just moved into a new house where they had no way of anticipating the monthly utilities. I’m pretty sure that there is something wrong with the heating and cooling system… But I don’t think it’s the air conditioner or forced air furnace to blame. I know, because I took a look inside of their air vents and saw the terror contained in the ductwork. It appears as though nobody has ever cleaned out the air ducts in this house. They are completely clogged with hair, fur, and debris. There’s no doubt that these ridiculous dirty air ducts were the cause for the high energy bill last month. I just hope my brothers take steps to repair the air ducts and don’t give up on life.
